Sinovuyo Dalasile is an Eastern Cape-born optimist and a goal-driven guest servant at heart. Grew up in the streets of Langa in Cape Town, where she played hockey for her primary school team and scored her first international travel experience to Lurgan, Northern Ireland. She has a passion for the luxury travel and service industry and a stickler for good customer service. Her experience stretches back from luxury accommodation as a concierge, a foodie, and an adventurer. Not only is she a go-to person for her peers and colleagues, but she also goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests are well taken care of and their needs are timely met.
