Imagine a week long of doing...nothing! Being pampered by a crew of 10 people and 2 Art In Voyage fabulous hosts, join us on our yacht as we sail the waters of the Maldives, hopping from one Atoll to the next. Jump on a paddle board or a jet ski, or just lay down in the white sand surrounded by some of the clearest and most pristine water. And then there are the massages along the way, the fun with friends dancing on the beach at sunset while enjoying fresh cocktails, the scuba diving and snorkeling making one with the local wildlife, the daily optional yoga, and of course the incredible fresh meals prepared by our local chef. So we lied, it's not exactly "nothing". Yet, doesn't it sound like a week in heaven?
Board, unpack and worry about absolutely nothing for week other than having to decide between cocktail and wine, paddle board or kayak, massage or facial, scuba or snorkel. Limited to 16 guests, this private Art In Voyage yacht is sailing some of the most beautiful islands in the world, for your pleasure!
Our yacht and its crew of 10 incredible individuals is a great morale booster! Live the grand celebrity lifestyle for a week, pampered by an attentive staff and and a local Chef ready to serve you some of the best cuisine inspired by the spices of India and flavors of the world.
On arrival in paradise, you are met by our VIP staff for a private meet & greet, then whisked away to our yacht. Relax, enjoy some swimming, wash away this nasty jet lag, have cocktails as we start our sailing northward. Tonight, our welcome dinner is held on a private island, under the stars.
We spend the day sailing the incredible atoll of Baa, and its deserted and private islands. Our day is filled with water activities, sunbathing, snorkeling (scuba diving for those of you interested in going deeper). Our lunch is served feet in the water, enjoying some of your favorite cocktails. A day of nothing but relaxation and fun. Tonight, dinner is inspired by local flavors and spices.
We continue our sailing through the atoll of Baa, where you can fully immerses in the wild, natural beauty of the lagoon and UNESCO world biosphere reserve. After lunch, we stop by one of our favorite spas, on a private island, where you enjoy an afternoon of pampering with a choice of massages or treatments. Tonight, dinner is served on board.
We slowly make our way to our next Atoll, Ari. We sail through the incredible lagoons of Baa and North Ari, passing some of the most colorful coral reefs. We stop along the way to swim, kayak or just enjoy a cocktail in the water, and we hold a beach picnic. This afternoon, enjoy some snorkeling with rays and various local marine wildlife before joining us for dinner, on the beach, under the stars.
We spend a bit more time at Ari Atoll (south side) where the diving (or snorkeling) is..divine! It boasts many excellent Thilas (underwater mountains), both within the atoll and in the channels. There are also four wreck dives. The area has become famous for the regular all-year-round appearance of whale sharks. Mantas and sharks are also prevalent at many locations, with Madivaru being the most documented site for mantas. Dinner is served on board
Felidhe Atoll is more isolated and less developed than its counterparts. It has excellent scuba diving and snorkeling, remote uninhabited islands, sandbanks, and the islanders are friendly and hospitable. For these reasons, Felidhe Atoll is a popular destination for safari dhonis and memorable trips. There are not many Thila dives in this atoll, with most of the diving being in the 26 channels on the eastern side.
As we sail towards Vaavu Atoll, we make a lunch stop at one of the deserted island. Vaavu is the smallest of all atolls and the lack of people led to deserted white beaches and stunning natural scenery. Even among the Maldivians, who are already difficult to impress with turquoise pictures of paradise, these islands are famous for their natural beauty. Vaavu is also known in the Maldives as the best fishing spot (blue marlin, sailfish, dog-tuna fish, and Giant Trevally. Tonight, we hold our farewell dinner on a beach, dancing under the stars.
This morning, we enjoy our last breakfast on board before transfers are organized to the airport to catch your flight home. Or, you may extend your stay at one of our lovely private island resorts, or discover the incredible sites of Sri Lanka, just a short flight away (You are in the area after all, why not come and say hi?).
