These membership terms are subject to annual review and modification by Art In Voyage. The present terms are as follows:
  • Direct Art In Voyage guests are eligible for the full benefits of this program. Guests booking through travel agencies will earn points at a 50% ratio.
  • Points are calculated on a land basis only. International flights are excluded.
  • Bonus points do not count towards tier status, yet have the same value as any other points and are added to the usable balance.
  • Points earned are as listed on the travel agreement. Add-ons done after signature of the travel agreement may qualify on a case-by-case basis.
  • Redemption requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the travel agreement that specifies your accrued points and their corresponding value. We regret that redemption requests cannot be honored after this timeframe.
  • FAM trips and site/scouting inspection journeys do not qualify.
  • Journeys booked under a special offer with a discount equal to 15% or more of the journeyโ€™s value do not qualify.
  • Complimentary Hotel Nights offered to Jetsetter members must be for properties located within a 50 mile radius of the destination booked.
  • Points not used within two years of the return of your journey for which these points were earned, or they will be lost.
  • Points are credited upon signing the travel agreement, and redemption is available after the journey completion date, as detailed therein.
  • Your status is earned from the moment you have reached the respective thresholds, and valid two years from that date. To maintain current status, simply earn enough points for that threshold before the anniversary date.
 * Valid for select curated journeys of 7 nights and more.

** A successful referral is a referral that turns into the successful booking of a curated (scheduled) or exclusive (customized) journey of at least 7 nights. Limit 20,000 points per calendar year. Points earned from referrals are only applied to your balance, not status. Travelers in your party may not be considered referrals unless they join the journey 30 days or more after you have.
