Her passion for yoga stems from her wellness background. While she found yoga as a means to recover from the gym, a consistent practice led her toward sparking the fire of transformation within. Holding a desire to deepen her practice and share the gift of yoga with others, she completed her yoga teacher certification. Her classes offer beginners and seasoned yogis alike, the space for self-discovery and encouragement to grow both physically and spiritually.
She is also a functional Nutritionist, she focuses on foundation-based elements of health to address true healing. Walking through the streets of Varanasi (India). To set the scene: Varanasi is the India of your imagination. This is one of the world's oldest continually inhabited cities, and one of the holiest in Hinduism. Pilgrims come to the Ganges here to wash away sins in the sacred waters, to cremate their loved ones, or simply to die here, hoping for liberation from the cycle of rebirth. Walking alongside thousands of Indians, witnessing their journey, and watching their ceremonies had a profound impact on how I view religion and spiritual beliefs.
