Take a deep breath of crisp air as you wake up to the sounds of ranch life and nature. Spend the day exploring the Estancia in true Gaucho-style on horseback. Or, take a more leisurely approach and test out the 4x4 trails and explore the ranch on foot. Be sure to work up an appetite to make space for the evening’s culinary celebration.
Bid a fond farewell to our hosts at the Estancia and head out to find one of nature’s most phenomenal features: the Perito Moreno Glacier, known to some as the 8th wonder of the world. Make sure that your cameras are charged and take your time. You’ll want to capture every moment of this breath-taking day. Tonight, we arrive in El Calafate where we have arranged for you a relaxing one-hour spa treatment before dinner (own account).
From el Calafate we hit the road and travel to Torres del Paine National Park. Set up home in Patagonia Camp, the first luxury camp in South America. Stay in magnificent yurts, redesigned to cater to your every need. Explore the many raised walkways and views overlooking mountains and lakes. Watch the day come to a close from the warm and welcoming restaurant while dining on some of the finest cuisine in the country.
Wake to awe-inspiring views from your private suite. For the more adventurous, there’s a choice of horseback riding, trekking, or kayaking for the day. All in the accompaniment of a private guide, seeing to your every need. For those who would like some rest and relaxation, spend the day at camp recharging. Go fishing or take a stroll on one of the many self-guided walks, spend time reading in the cozy lounge or just be in the moment among nature in all its splendor.
Take the opportunity to explore more of Torres Del Paine on horseback, on foot, or from the water. Your private guide will be there to help you experience it to the full. Or spend the day in luxury, unwinding and enjoying the time surrounded by peace and tranquility. Make every second count and stay up late enjoying the warmth and comfort of the restaurant and company while watching the changing face of the mountains at night.
The next phase of our journey starts with a road trip south to Punta Arenas. Board the ship and enjoy a welcoming toast from the captain and crew. Spend time exploring the ship or watch the ever-changing scenery go by as we set sail through the fjords of Chile.
Our ship takes us through the expansive Seno Almirantazo Ford, the first marine protected area in Chile’s Tierra del Fuego. Home to a myriad of species including elephant and leopard seals, and Magellan Penguins. Dock at Ainsworth Bay and take part in one of two guided excursions through one of the most protected areas in Chilean Patagonia. After lunch, explore the Tucker Islets aboard a Zodiac. Get up close and personal with the thousands of penguins that call it home. If you’re lucky, you may even encounter a pod of dolphins or orcas.
After breakfast, board the Zodiacs to set off on the Pia Glacier tour. Take a short hike to a panoramic view of the retreating glacier extending from the heights of the mountains to the sea. Return to the ship to continue our journey through Glacier Alley. Passing spectacular mountains and glacier waterfalls, keep your camera ready to capture the magnificent scenery and the changing light as the day fades.
After a night of cruising, we arrive in Cape Horn National Park. Weather and sea permitting, explore the tiny island of Hornos with the Cape Horn Monument that commemorates the many lives lost at sea. By afternoon, we land at Wulaia Bay where we set off on a choice of three hikes all through the enchanted Magellan forest which culminates in a spectacular viewpoint over the bay.
The last leg of our journey takes us back into Argentina, to Ushuaia — known as the world’s most southern city. The easiest way back to El Calafate is via Buenos Aires. Extend your time with us and explore the jewel of Argentina before heading back home with South America in your heart.

Travel insurance, once purchased, goes into effect upon payment of the premium. You have 15 days from that date to cancel it (providing no claims have been filed or initiated during that period). Beyond 15 days, it becomes non-refundable/non-changeable/non-transferrable.
In case of a cancelation at more than 90 days prior to departure, your deposit will be returned minus a $250 per person administrative fee.
In case of a cancelation within the penalty period: Find a replacement at least 30 days prior to departure and your journey will be fully refunded, minus a $250 per person administrative fee.
