This morning, we’ll savor a delicious brunch on lively Mississippi Avenue as we bid farewell to Portland. Next, it’s off to the stunning Willamette Valley, where we’ll kick off our winery tour with a tasting and take in sweeping views of the valley’s vineyards. Our journey then brings us to our home for the next three nights, the luxurious Allison Inn & Spa. After settling in, we’ll head to a charming nearby town for a memorable dinner, thoughtfully paired with local and regional wines.
Today, we immerse ourselves in the world of Willamette Valley wines, with visits to three carefully selected estates chosen by Chef Fonzo. Each winery offers a unique approach to winemaking, allowing us to experience the valley’s diversity of flavors and techniques. We’ll enjoy lunch at one of these scenic estates, dining with views of rolling vineyards. After a day filled with wine and discovery, relax with dinner at your leisure, with options including recommended local restaurants or a meal at the property.
This morning, early risers may opt for a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the vineyards of the Willamette Valley (weather permitting; price on request). Alternatively, guests can indulge in a relaxing morning massage at the property. Later, join Chef Fonzo for a farm-to-table lunch (own account) and tasting at another local winery (included). To conclude this unforgettable culinary adventure, we’ll enjoy an exquisite chef’s table dinner at Jory, paired with exceptional local and regional wines.

Kevin Fonzo, our host, was fun, funny, professional, educated, and inspiring. The AIV team was anxious there would be hiccups due to the restrictions still in effect in Portland. Travel insurance, once purchased, goes into effect upon payment of the premium. You have 15 days from that date to cancel it (providing no claims have been filed or initiated during that period). Beyond 15 days, it becomes non-refundable/non-changeable/non-transferrable.
In case of a cancelation at more than 60 days prior to departure, your deposit will be returned minus a $500 per person administrative fee.
