Guests are whisked by private transfer to our gorgeous Normandy property overlooking the sea, given just enough time to breathe, unpack, sip, and dive into a Michelin-starred feast, paired with lovely French wines.
On day two, we explore Bayeux’s medieval streets, its cathedral, and experience a private D-Day sidecar tour in remembrance. We end the day savoring regional spirits—pure Normandy in every sense.
We’ll begin in Honfleur, exploring the historic harbor and its Impressionist legacy, with a short guided tour. After a seafood lunch, we’ll enjoy a wine tasting hosted by Katie, the Wine Fairy, and close the day with a scenic coastal ride in a classic Citroën 2CV. Tonight, we enjoy dinner at the property's bistronomic restaurant, paired with local and regional wines.
We’ll start the morning leisurely at the Ferme Saint Siméon—perhaps a spa or massage moment. Then, with just a small bag, we’ll head to Mont-Saint-Michel. After a relaxed lunch at leisure, we’ll enjoy a private abbey and village tour. Tonight’s dinner features salt-meadow lamb, with a visit to a local farm, before an full-moon overnight overlooking the mount in all its glory.
We’ll leave Mont-Saint-Michel early and head back toward Honfleur, but it’s no ordinary journey! Along the way, we’ll dive into local farms, savor apple cider, and taste regional spirits at distilleries. It’s a full day of flavors and fun before we return to Honfleur for a relaxing evening at leisure.
We’ll spend the day savoring Normandy’s best—two distilleries for Calvados and cider tastings, a farm-fresh lunch, and yes, cheese farms are on the menu. Led by Katie, the Wine Fairy, we’ll wrap up the day with a delightful dinner at one of Mikael’s favorite spots.
On the final day, it’s pure leisure—stroll local markets, savor a seafood lunch, or explore Honfleur and even Deauville at your own pace. In the evening, we reunite for a farewell dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant, to toast the unforgettable journey through Normandy.
On departure day, we’ll transfer you back to Paris—unless you fancy extending! Stay on in Normandy, explore Brittany, pop over to the UK, or simply enjoy Paris a little longer—or, you know, head home if you must!
Our day-to-day itinerary may, from time to time and prior to departure, need to be altered or slightly modified to address possible unforeseen logistical and weather challenges. In such rare instances, Art In Voyage guarantees delivery of the content of the itinerary yet, in a different order.

Travel insurance, once purchased, goes into effect upon payment of the premium. You have 15 days from that date to cancel it (providing no claims have been filed or initiated during that period). Beyond 15 days, it becomes non-refundable/non-changeable/non-transferrable.
In case of a cancelation at more than 90 days prior to departure, your deposit will be returned minus a $1,000 per person administrative fee.
