Your mission, if you choose to accept it: a European culinary tour that flies far above the usual. Board a private jet bound for three gastronomic capitals — Seville, Lyon, and Istanbul — where Michelin star meals, food market finds, and hands-on time with celebrated chefs await. Over ten indulgent days, you’ll cook, taste, and dine in extraordinary settings — from local haunts and countryside kitchens to some of the most acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants in the world. Along the way, you’ll be hosted by our CEO, Mikael Audebert (a food connoisseur in his own right), guided by local insiders, and assisted by your very own ops team — our travel experts. Ready to take off on the most delicious assignment of your life? Fire up the private jet and prepare your palate.

They just don’t make them this way anymore… Built by King Alfonso XIII for the royals and VIPs attending Seville’s 1929 world fair, the Hotel Alfonso XIII is Old World luxury at its best. It’s a prime example of Andalusian design with its mosaic-covered arches, soaring towers and an Instagram-worthy courtyard where orange blossoms surround a bubbling Moorish fountain. Day and night, this is the place to linger over a cava or a cure-all cocktail from Restaurante San Fernando while elsewhere, the Bar Americano is where Sevillians in the know head to for pre-dinner drinks. Setting wise, there’s no doubt that the Hotel Alfonso XIII is something special (it even had a role in the 1962 epic Lawrence of Arabia) but it’s the illustrious history here that makes a stay at this hotel feel like you’re in the centre of not just the city, but the life of it. As the locals put it: Aquí está el todo Sevilla. The whole of Seville is here.

A historic hospital on the Rhône is the monumental setting for the latest opening from InterContinental in the shape of Lyon’s Hôtel Dieu. Stylish rooms blend original architectural features with on-trend contemporary design, dining is modern Lyonnais and cocktail bar Le Dôme is fast becoming a local A-lister address. The hotel opening in 2019, and no Lyon hotel has been so anticipated. One in three Lyonnais were born at this grande dame of a historic monument; it was the city’s maternity hospital from 1493 until 2010.
A sweeping, 280m-long façade by 18th-century architect Jacques-Germain Soufflot (of Pantheon-in-Paris fame) is the magnificent prelude to a strikingly contemporary interior by celebrated hotel designer Jean-Philippe Nuel. His dramatic mix of sumptuous Verel de Belval silks and rustic stone-flag flooring, the wall of antiquarian medicinal books behind reception, the coffered dome ceiling soaring 32-metre and central altar-like floral display in the hotel bar are but some of the countless clever, breathtakingly beautiful evocations of the hotel’s unique past.

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet is one of the two palatial Four Seasons properties in Istanbul. It sits in the ancient heart of the city, in a historic building from the Ottoman era. From the moment you arrive, the yellow facade sets the tone for the Turkish neoclassical architecture inside. Arched windows, heavily overhanging eaves, decorative tile panels and a courtyard that’s very much the focal point of the hotel. It’s a beautifully landscaped garden area centered on a polygonal pavilion where breakfast is served every morning to the scent of jasmine, bougainville and a herb garden. There are just 65 rooms here, outfitted with kilims, neoclassical furniture and woven Turkish textiles for a stay that immerses in the local culture and values. On the culinary front, the hotel features 4 excellent dining outlets: Avlu Restaurant sits in the hotel’s courtyard, Lingo Lingo Bar & Restaurant served seafood mezze in a contemporary space, La Pistache is an haute couture patisserie and the Süreyya Teras Lounge serves artisanal cocktails and Turkish wines to mesmerizing views of the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.
