Welcome to Provence. You are whisked away to your home for 7 nights. After settling in your quarters, join your host for a typical Provence aperitif on the patio. We then depart for our welcome dinner at one of our favorite Michelin-starred restaurant, complete with wine pairings.
Today, we invite you to join us for a visit of the local area: We start with the town of Avignon (and the Pope's palace) and after lunch (at leisure), we head to l'Isle sur Sorgues, alive and exciting for its Sunday's antique markets. We end the day with a stop at one of the local wineries before enjoying dinner at the property where dishes from Provence are carefully prepared by Chef Fonzo.
This morning, join our chef for the market of Cavaillon, a mere 30 minutes away. A must do, this market is quite large and encompasses everything from vegetables, meats and produces from local farms to antiques and clothing. Then, join our Chef for a cooking class at the villa. After lunch, we visit the town of Roussillon, known for its comparison to Santa Fe. Mexico. Tonight, dinner is prepared by our chef and served at the villa with local wines.
Today, we focus on some of the best known and loved wines of Provence. Our first stop is in Gigondas where we enjoy a tasting before having an incredible lunch at Michelin-starred l'Oustalet (included). We continue our tour of the region with a stop at a lovely chateau in Chateauneuf du Pape for yet another wine tasting and visit of the cellars. Tonight, dinner is prepared by our Chef and paired with wines from the Gigondas region.
After a morning at leisure, we depart for two of the most important areas of Provence for its lavender production. We uncover the secrets and properties behind this flower grown all around the world, and indulge in a lovely lunch at the heart of lavender regions. Get your cameras ready as there will be plenty opportunity for that once of a lifetime shot surrounded by purple. Tonight, dinner is prepared at the property and lavender inspired.
Mid-morning, we depart for Aix en Provence where we indulge in a walk through the extensive markets of what was once the capital of Provence. Hometown of our CEO Mikael Audebert, the town is know for its fountains, art and culture. After lunch (at leisure), we head out to Cassis, a seaside town known for its incredible cliffs and crystal clear blue water canyons. Tonight, Chef Kevin Fonzo prepares dinner one last time on this journey, which is paired with local wines.
Enjoy your last morning at leisure at the property. This afternoon, we depart for Les Baux de Provence and St Remy de Provence. A trip to the region would not be complete without seeing first hand some of the sites (and sounds) that inspired the likes of Van Gogh, Cezanne or Matisse. On the way back, we stop by a local Olive Oil mill where we enjoy a tasting. Our farewell dinner is served at the incredible 3 Michelin Stars "L'Oustau de Baumaniere", at the footsteps of Les Baux. It is complete with wine pairings.

A refundable deposit of $2000 per person is due at the time of your reservation. In case of a cancelation at more than 120 days prior to departure, your deposit will be returned minus a $250 per person administrative fee.
